Two membership forms are available for download — one for new members and one for current members. Select the form that applies to you, complete it and forward it to your relevant Arms of Service representative. Make sure you follow the instructions provided on the form to ensure your application is processed smoothly.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

– All serving members in uniform are required to belong to the Cape Town Military Sports Club (CTMSC).
– If you are a new member you will need an existing club member to introduce you.
